The event follows the backyard ultra rules<\/a>, but the event is limited to end after ten loops. We run in an hour time limit 6,7 km<\/strong> Rounds as long as strength permits, but a maximum of 10 rounds, after which the event ends for everyone. Merrell<\/strong> rewards the fastest in the last lap with running shoes and a cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a nice way to get to know the sport or train for an upcoming competition. Whether you run 2, 5, or 10 laps, you have the opportunity to push your own limits! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Run on the same day also 4.5 km <\/strong>route NUBU mini<\/strong>. This is a good opportunity to try a backyard concept with a shorter route. Loop is a one-hour time limit, easily passed by even by walking. NUBU mini running from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m., is a great opportunity to collect a total of 36 km. You can also change to the mini route if you are running NUBU10, but it begins to feel too heavy to complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event registration fee includes energy and beverage service, as well as hot food and a sauna<\/mark><\/strong> after the run. Aonach<\/a> offer a sports drink at the event. All children receive wooden medals.<\/strong> The event has electronic timing and 30 runners get gps monitoring<\/mark><\/strong>. All runners will get tracking by phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event offers a great opportunity to train for running competitions and test backyard consept. In the Polku Hotel<\/a> there is the opportunity to accommodate and dining with your friends or whole family. -15% discount for registered from Wed to Sun at event week.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
