Fitness series. Free start and end (between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM). With your own timekeeping and accounting. Bring your own drinks and snacks.
The number of participants is limited to 100 runners.
Running direction is changed about every 3 hours.
The track has a length of 400m and it is a gravel bottom without tracklines.

Numbers and chips
Runners will need to get the competition number and ankle chip, no later than 30 minutes before your run to his departure.
Participation cancellation
Participation can not be canceled or transfered to the next year. You can sell the participation without the transfer fee to another runner. Message about the transfer info@nubu.fi.
Parking lot
There is lot of parking places available. You can find big parking area near the Kirkkojärvi lake.
Changing rooms and showers
Dressing rooms, showers and are located in the Vihti exercise hall.
Luggage storage
Controlled storage space is located in the race office. If possible, please leave bags and especially your valuables locked in your car.
Timing and results
The timing of the event is made by electronic timing system. We offer real-time monitoring of competition from beginning to end. The results will be published online as soon as possible after the competition. Please leave the ankle chip where the run ended, so the extra meters can be calculated with the outcome.
Maintenance
The organizers of the maintenance point is to provide water and sports drinks. After the competition offered a coffee and a bun.
We reserve the track-side for the single table runners for their own drinks. We recommend to bring also own table with You.
All the people at the service area must be careful and give space to the runners. Staying or moving in the running line is prohibited.
Toilets
Toilet facilities are available in the dressing room 50m distance from the track.
Track etiquette
Normal bypass is made to the outside. Responsibility for the overtaking is the fastest runners. If you walk, please use outer lines of the track.
Direction change
During the race to change the running direction every 3 hours. At 15 departure for the sake, however, so that the middle exchange takes place in good time before departure, at 2:45 p.m. Track officials are directing the traffic of changing the running direction.
Medals and awards
The overall winners of both men's and women's competitions will be awarded. All participants in the race categories will receive a participation medal.
Insurance
Each runner runs in his own responsibility and gets own insurances for the event.
First aid
We have first aid supplies available.
Interrupt
If you have to stop the race, please inform the organizer's representative at the competition office.
Photo and video use
The organisers can take photos and videos during the event and publish them.
