Nummela Backyard Ultra starts on Saturday 10.10.2026 at 10:00 a.m. This is the fifth Nummela Backyard Ultra race. The event has grown every year and now we take 35 runners inside to the Tarmonmaja Hut and other 55 runners to the outdoor service area (their own tents and caravans).
Indoor maintenance spots are sold out. You can join the waiting list by sending an email to info@nubu.fi.
Nummela is located 50km from Helsinki. It takes 45 minutes from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Racecenter is called Tarmonmaja (Hiidenvedentie 4, 03100 Nummela).
All runners will be awarded with a wooden medal. The winner and assist will receive a winner's belt and necklace forged by a local blacksmith. Aonach reward the winner 200€ and the assist with the 100€ sports drinks package. The competition's toughest fighter will earn Merrell trailrunning shoes.
