Nummela Backyard Ultra starts on Saturday 10.10.2026 at 10:00 a.m. starting on the trails of Nummelanharju. This is the fifth Nummela Backyard Ultra race. The event has grown moderately every year, and now we are accepting 35 runners for indoor spots in Tarmonmaja and 65 runners for outdoor spots (own tents and motorhomes). It is also possible to buy a spot in the organizer's tent (full).
Nummela is located 50km from Helsinki. It takes 45 minutes from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Racecenter is called Tarmonmaja (Hiidenvedentie 4, 03100 Nummela).
All runners will be awarded with a wooden medal. The winner and assist will receive a winner's belt and necklace forged by a local blacksmith. Aonach reward the winner 200€ and the assist with the 100€ sports drinks package. The competition's toughest fighter will earn Merrell trailrunning shoes.
